As Global HR Program Manager, you'll lead a number of initiatives across HR, including compensation, performance, development. You'll work on exciting projects to enhance systems, streamline workflows, and drive meaningful impact.

Your Mission @ Aircall :

• Lead strategic Global HR programs : Including the design, implementation, communication, and compliance, ensuring alignment with market competitiveness. Including, but not limited to onboarding, performance management, development.
• US-specific HR programs : Lead and manage the development, implementation, and ongoing compliance, policies, and procedures, including but not limited to HR audits, regulatory compliance, and local policy adaptation.
• HR technology solutions : Spearhead the implementation and optimization of HR technology solutions (e.g., ATS, HRIS, performance management systems, compensation tools) to streamline HR processes, improve data accuracy, and enhance the employee experience.
• Vendor Management : Lead the end-to-end management of key HR vendor relationships, including PEOs, benefits administrators (e.g., 401k / pension providers), and HR technology partners, ensuring optimal service delivery and compliance.

Experience

Qualifications and Skills :

$130,000 - $150,000 a year. This is not including bonus, equity and other benefits. The actual salary offered will carefully consider a wide range of factors, including your skills, qualifications, and experience.
