We are hiring a detail-oriented and compassionate Patient Services Representative II to join our team as a radiology scheduler. In this role, you will be responsible for accurately scheduling patient exams, registering patients, verifying demographics and insurance, and providing cost and co-pay estimates. The scheduler will perform a thorough review of patient orders to ensure accurate scheduling, deliver clear exam preparation instructions, and follow established protocols to appropriately direct patient flow. Additionally, this position monitors scheduling opportunities to optimize appointment access and ensure efficient use of resources.
The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong communication skills, excellent patient service, and the ability to collaborate effectively with internal staff and referring providers. Compassionate patient interaction, attention to detail, and accuracy are essential to success in this role.

Located in beautiful Seattle, Washington . Compensation :
The pay scale is $22.91 - $27.49 - $32.99. Pay is influenced by factors specific to the applicants job-related years of experience, knowledge, skills, abilities.
Work Schedule :
Monday - Friday, Day shift. This is an in-office position based in Seattle, Washington.
