State Licensed LIS Analyst

A company is looking for a Laboratory Information Systems Analyst (Beaker).

Key Responsibilities

Provide application support, build, and configuration for laboratory information systems and Epic Beaker modules

Troubleshoot and resolve system or workflow issues in collaboration with lab operations, IT teams, and vendors

Ensure systems remain compliant with all applicable regulations and accreditation standards (CAP, HIPAA, AABB, JCAHO)

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required (Medical Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related field preferred)

Minimum 3 years of experience in healthcare IT or as a Laboratory Information Systems Analyst

Epic Beaker CP and / or AP certification required

Experience supporting or building Epic Beaker or other LIS applications (Sunquest, CoPath, SafeTrace, RALS, etc.)

Knowledge of SQL, HL7, and laboratory instrumentation interfaces preferred
