Civil Litigation Attorney

We are seeking a Civil Litigation Attorney to join our team! You will represent clients in legal proceedings, draw up legal documents, and advise clients on legal transactions.

Responsibilities :

• Handle all phases of medical malpractice defense litigation, including case assessment, legal research, pleadings, discovery, depositions, motions, and trial preparation.
• Represent clients in state and federal court proceedings, arbitrations, and mediations.
• Develop case strategies and provide legal counsel to clients, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Conduct and defend depositions of parties, witnesses, and experts.
• Prepare and argue motions and other court filings.
• Negotiate settlements and participate in alternative dispute resolution.
• Manage a caseload efficiently while meeting deadlines and client expectations.
• Collaborate with colleagues, paralegals, and support staff to ensure high-quality case handling.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of medical malpractice laws, regulations, and case precedents.
