LHH Recruitment Solutions is on the hunt for an Accounting Specialist for our client in Cleveland, OH. This position will sit onsite in Independence, OH and will focus on contacting business customers in regard to outstanding balances on their accounts. Any discrepancies will also be research to resolve the issue. This position will use SAP. This position will start on a contract basis and offers opportunity to convert or grow based on performance and needs. The ideal candidate will be proactive, organized, and skilled in resolving outstanding balances with professionalism and persistence.

Main Duties :

Manage a portfolio of business accounts to ensure timely collection of outstanding receivables.

Communicate with clients via phone and email to resolve payment issues and negotiate payment arrangements.

Monitor aging reports and follow up on past-due accounts in accordance with company policies.

Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., sales, billing, customer service) to resolve disputes and ensure accurate invoicing.

Qualifications :

At least a year of accounts receivable experience

SAP software experience helpful

Strong communication skills both written and verbal

Comfortable with formulas and pivot tables in Excel

Pay Details : $19.00 to $20.00 per hour
