We are seeking a reliable, professional Diagnostic Technician to join our team. This role is essential in helping the providers screen patients, perform simple diagnostic assessments, and collect genetic samples.

Position Overview :

As our on-site Diagnostic Technician, you will assist the practitioner by administering screening tests, documenting results, and collecting genetic samples using our easy-to-use platforms. You will work directly with patients, so professionalism, compassion, and excellent bedside manner are a must.

This is an ideal role for someone with previous medical office experience , strong attention to detail, and the ability to self-manage in a fast-paced clinical environment.

Responsibilities :

• Assist providers by administering patient screening tests (non-invasive, no clinical license required).
• Collect buccal swab genetic samples and ensure proper labeling, documentation, and chain-of-custody.
• Manage patient flow and ensure screenings are completed efficiently.
• Enter results and documentation into the practice's EMR / EHR.
• Maintain cleanliness, organization, and readiness of all testing stations.
• Communicate professionally with staff, providers, and patients.
• Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality at all times.
• Complete basic administrative tasks as needed.
