Our Team Is Responsible For

• Strategic Investments – sourcing, executing, and managing a portfolio of investments.
• Strategic Partnerships – developing and managing partnerships with companies in our portfolio.

You’ll work closely with Pearson’s five business divisions, as well as the corporate M&A and Strategy teams, giving you exceptional learning and networking opportunities. This role offers significant exposure to Pearson’s CEO, CFO, and executive leadership.

Compensation and Benefits

Compensation at Pearson is influenced by a wide array of factors including but not limited to skill set, level of experience, and specific location. The minimum full‑time salary range is $165,000 – $205,000, and this position is eligible to participate in an annual incentive program. Information on benefits offered is available upon request.
