Claims Recovery Specialist

A company is looking for a Claims Recovery Specialist.

Key Responsibilities

Manage the calculation and recovery of offsets, settlements, and overpayments of disability claims

Collaborate with vendors and claims case managers to resolve issues and improve efficiencies

Consult with claimants and customers to explain calculations and negotiate repayment plans

Required Qualifications

High School Diploma or GED

0-1+ years of claims experience with an Associate's Degree or above, or 2-3 years of relevant claims experience without a degree

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Ability to navigate multiple systems / databases

Experience in research and data entry in a fast-paced environment
