Finance Operations Manager

A company is looking for a Finance Operations Manager to oversee financial and operational infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee billing, payroll, month-end close, and manage financial reporting, budgets, and forecasts

Own and optimize financial and operational tools, manage vendor negotiations, and ensure compliance with internal controls

Partner with leadership to align Finance and Ops with company strategy and support operational scalability

Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business (CPA or equivalent preferred)

5-8 years of experience in finance and operations, preferably in a SaaS or high-growth startup

Strong understanding of U.S. payroll, compliance, and tax requirements

Experience with financial modeling, budgeting, and executive reporting

Proven success in managing software tools, vendors, and process automation
