We're looking for a hands-on, creative, and detail-obsessed Global Social Media Specialist to join the Liquitex brand team. This role is executional and community-driven, ideal for someone who is always online, loves the art world, and is obsessed with creative culture.

Piscataway, NJ (hybrid) 2 – 3 days per week onsite
Salary
$75k-$80k (exact compensation may vary based on experience & skills)

JOB DESCRIPTION
You'll manage the day-to-day presence of Liquitex across all social media platforms, engaging with our global community of artists, creators, and fans. You'll play a key role in content scheduling, posting, influencer coordination, and social listening, ensuring every touchpoint reflects the Liquitex tone, values, and creative energy.
Specifically, this role will :
- Sit within the Global Brand team and be accountable for planning, execution and optimization of digital campaigns and content activations across our brands' organic social media platforms
- Report analytics and actional insights for all channels
- Have a strong connection with the Global Digital team for support, expertise, and insights
- Bring the Liquitex brand to life across all social channels, following Global Brand guidelines and strategies

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES
Social Media Management
Manage and execute the daily posting schedule across all Liquitex social channels (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Pinterest).Partner with the Sr Brand Manager and Global Social Strategist to bring content calendars to life — uploading assets, writing captions, tagging products, and ensuring all content is optimized per platform.Maintain a consistent visual and tonal identity across all channels.Execute outbound brand communication and ad hoc content opportunities across the organic social media channels; keeping our channels fresh and relevant to our target audiences.
Be the brand's social expert, driving innovation in communication on social channels and providing timely suggestions, trend analysis and relevant updatesPartner with an external agency to support brand TikTok presenceContent Production
Work closely with the brand Digital Content Specialist & Sr. Brand Manager on content creation and adaptation to ensure a channel-first approach.Optimize, adapt and re-use existing content for postsAdapt brand master copy to ensure it is channel and audience-specific; occasionally write or edit copy for social.Assist in on-set and in-studio content capture (Reels, TikToks, product demos, BTS)Digital Reporting & Insights
Monitor performance metrics across platforms, helping the team understand what's working and where we can optimize.Support monthly and campaign-level reporting.Leverage key insights from social listening, research studies, consumer care, and the Global Digital team to inform communication and content planningSupport Sr. Brand Manager and Digital Strategists to set realistic performance targets.Community Management
Serve as the voice of Liquitex online — responding to comments, DMs, and tags with creativity, warmth, and brand personality.Proactively engage with artists, partners, and art communities to foster connection and drive conversation.Track and report on audience sentiment, trends, and engagement opportunities.Utilize direct interactions within community management to support potential influencer and artist partnerships and engagement (expanded below).Influencer

Previous brand or agency experienceProven experience in digital marketing and campaign planningExperience in content capture, video editing, or graphic design (Adobe Suite, CapCut, Canva, etc.) a plusExperience working with cross-functional teams and external partners, including creative agencies and production a plus
