Responsibilities Serve as a liaison between the business partners and the development team to provide technical solutions that meet user needs.
Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements through workshops, interviews, and other techniques.
Develop use cases, functional specifications, user stories (JIRA), and process flow diagrams (Lucidchart).
Identify project milestones and ensure timelines and budgets are maintained.
Conduct user acceptance testing (UAT) and create end-user documentation and training materials.
Participate in all phases of the Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC).
Create and maintain workflow charts, diagrams, and screen designs.
Articulate and document data flow concepts and ensure alignment between technical and business users.

Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field (or equivalent experience). 3+ years of experience on data integration projects. 2+ years of experience with requirements gathering, documentation, and UAT.
Experience defining API service calls (request / response formats).
Ability to create and explain data flow diagrams and system integration concepts.
Preferred Qualifications Experience with Lucidchart and JIRA .
Prior experience in state or local government , especially in the Georgia Criminal Justice System .
Project Management certification ( PMP ) or ITIL Foundation certification.
Experience with Agile , Scrum , and Waterfall methodologies.
