About the Role

We are actively seeking a dynamic Director of Fundraising and Community Outreach. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in strengthening relationships and boosting financial support from our current donors while inspiring new community members to engage as vital financial contributors. This position is essential for nurturing a robust grassroots movement dedicated to advocacy and voting efforts.

Your responsibilities will include developing and implementing innovative strategies to enhance community engagement and revenue streams, cultivating and sustaining relationships with donors, and achieving our fundraising objectives. Additionally, you will be accountable for maintaining accurate records and actively involving community members in advocacy activities.

The ideal applicant should possess a minimum of 5 years of fundraising experience with a demonstrated history of success. Connections to the Jewish community and its educational institutions are necessary, along with the ability to adapt swiftly, exhibit strong self-motivation, and demonstrate exceptional problem-solving and communication skills. This role requires a deep commitment to Jewish education and advocacy, as well as the capability to work independently. A Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is preferred. We are looking for a team player who can thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment and who is enthusiastic about representing our organization at community events and forums.
