With us, you'll earn a competitive salary of $80,000 - $150,000 per year with uncapped earning potential and a base pay during training. We also offer position-specific perks, including :

BECOMING OUR EXTERIORS SPECIALIST

As our Exteriors Specialist , you'll visit clients to present our roofing solutions, educate them on their options, and provide accurate estimates. You'll conduct follow-up calls, process paperwork, and collaborate with our production crews to ensure project success. With two appointments scheduled daily and a 45% lead conversion rate to achieve, every day brings new challenges and opportunities to shine.
