A company is looking for a Sales Compensation Manager (Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Manage the administration of all Sales Incentive Plans (SIP) and ensure timely and accurate processing
Collaborate with sales leadership and finance teams to resolve issues and ensure compliance
Lead the implementation and maintenance of sales compensation systems and processes
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Finance, Business, Accounting, or equivalent experience
7+ years of experience in sales compensation, payroll, accounting, and systems support
Prior people management experience
Experience with sales commission schemes and incentive technology platforms
Demonstrated ability to lead and manage complex projects
