You will be the Sniper / ATP Production Operations Senior Manager for the Missiles and Fire Control team. Our team is responsible for leading operations execution of complex Sniper / ATP programs.

What You Will Be Doing

As the Sniper / ATP Production Operations Senior Manager you will be responsible for ensuring successful planning, execution, and delivery of complex defense products.

Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to :

• Operations Leadership develop and implement execution strategies aligned with program requirements and company goals.
• Production Operations Management oversee scope, schedule, budget, risk, and monitor progress, driving corrective actions as needed.
• Stakeholder Management build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external partners, acting as the primary point of contact.
• Team Leadership mentor direct reports, foster a collaborative high-performance culture, and support all production teams.
• Financial & Risk Management own budgets and forecasts, implement cost-saving measures, and mitigate program risks.
