• Job Overview We’re looking for skilled and motivated Installers to join our growing team.
• This hands-on role works as part of a field crew to install aluminum architectural systems with precision, safety, and teamwork.
• Whether you’ve done similar work before or are looking to grow in a specialized trade, this is an excellent opportunity to build lasting skills in a high-demand industry.  This role requires physical stamina, mechanical aptitude, comfort working at heights, and comfortability with travel 25-75%.

Responsibilities Perform on-site installations of awnings, canopies, walkway covers, and similar systems Operate hand and power tools safely and efficiently Understand and use a tape measure, levels, and layout tools with precision Learn and apply company-specific installation methods and quality checks Collaborate with crew leads and team members to solve problems on site Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area at all times Assist with job documentation and reporting issues to leadership Work on ladders, scissor lifts, and boom lifts as required Follow all company safety protocols and wear proper PPE Requirements Experience in installation, construction, or skilled trades preferred Ability to read and use a tape measure accurately (required) Familiarity with general construction practices, fasteners, and power tools Strong attention to detail and craftsmanship Ability to work outdoors and in elevated environments (not afraid of heights) Reliable transportation and a strong work ethic OSHA 10 and fall protection training provided after 90-day probation period Why Join Us?
