Job Summary
Service Specialists recruiting agency is seeking an Attorney to join a premier title company based in Flowood. This is an excellent opportunity for a newly licensed or early-career attorney to gain experience in real estate law, title, and escrow work. The position offers hands-on training and mentorship, with the chance to grow into a long-term career within the title industry.
Responsibilities
- Review and interpret contracts, title commitments, and closing documents.
- Assist with escrow transactions, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
- Work with lenders, real estate agents, and clients to resolve title issues.
- Support closings by preparing and reviewing necessary documents.
- Provide legal oversight to ensure transactions meet regulatory standards.
