Technology Analyst, Design (Revit/MEP), REMOTE
POSITION SUMMARY
At a corporate level this role will assist with, lead, and manage projects related to our Design technologies for the company.
This includes setting standards and coordinating with internal teams across the nation. This role is responsible for leading small technology design projects and improvement efforts, including testing new technology for implementation.
This role is 100% remote with travel to division locations as needed.
What you’ll do :
- Perform systems and application testing (qualification testing, performance testing, UAT testing).
- Manage in-scope technology support queue.
- Maintain the existing and develop new training content for all in-scope technologies on the Technology Knowledge Center.
- Manage the end-user communication process (communication emails, end user feedback, etc.).
- Assist with documenting existing technologies.
- Assist in change management and technology deployment.
- Lead small projects and improvement efforts.
- Configure & document technology per business requirements.
- Collaborate with business to test and improve technology configuration.
- Collaborate effectively across IT department functions to deliver projects and services
- Beta test new technology releases and prepare for implementation.
- Assist in creating technology training material and conducting training sessions.
- Provide (Tier 2-3) application support assistance.
What you’ll need to be successful :
- Strong skills in Microsoft Office 365

- Good analytical and problem-solving skills
- Good meeting management and facilitation skills
- Good project management skills
- Good understanding of supported business technologies
- Ability to effectively collaborate across the organization
- Solid understanding of IT services
- Four-year degree or applicable experience in similar field
- Four-year degree or applicable experience in similar field
- Good knowledge of Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, and BIM 360 Design Collaboration.
- Good experience in BIM Content Creation (RFA)
