What We Offer

Wilmington, NC - Beautiful NC Coastline

Novant Health Surgical Institute is seeking a Gastroenterologist to join their established team, Novant Health Gastroenterology - Wilmington, located in the desirable coastal community of Wilmington, NC. The ideal candidate is board certified / board eligible and has a background and interest in providing full spectrum GI care. ERCP, EUS, Advanced Training a plus but not required. Primarily see patients in the office and procedures are outpatient; hospital call is minimal. The group consists of 8 physicians, with one physician providing GI hospitalist care each week, and 10 APPs; affiliated with Novant Health New Hanover Regional Medical Center, the only level II Trauma center in southeastern North Carolina.

    Education :

  • Graduate of an accredited school of medicine required
  • Completion of an accredited residency program required
  • For specialty physicians - completion of an accredited fellowship program specific to medical specialty

    • Licensure / Certification / Registration :

  • Current MD or DO license in appropriate state
  • Board certification or eligibility
  • Current DEA license required
