General Responsibilities

Ability tointeract with end users developers and act in a lead capacity forother technical staff.
Handsonexperience solving technical issues.
Knowledge ofbusiness analysis tools and methodologies.
Specific Skillsand Qualifications
Exceptionalorganizational documentation written and verbal communicationskills.
Experience withdrafting use case scenarios and test cases.
Experience withcharting and charting tools for the creation of swim lanes diagramsprocess flow diagrams data flow diagrams etc.
Experience withcustom software development processes.
Experience withprocurement processes and related documents.
User trainingand user acceptance testing experience.
Proficientunderstanding of Agile tools Azure Boards and Microsoft TFS.
Experience with PowerBI and reporting dashboard tools.
