Base pay range : $28.00 / hr - $38.00 / hr

Responsibilities

• Work with Project and Fleet Managers to assess equipment needs and repair problems using cost-effective practices.
• Monitor and schedule preventative maintenance and repair operations.
• Maintain and provide a report of all repairs and maintenance actions including parts and labor time for each piece of equipment.
• Stay within monthly and yearly shop budgets.
• Perform mechanical work using conventional hand and power tools in a safe and productive manner.
• Troubleshoot equipment problems and proactively maintain fleet and equipment.
• Run equipment and service truck for repairs outside of shop and facility needs.
• General shop and office upkeep.
• Other duties and special projects as assigned.
