Accountabilities :

• Develop and launch mentorship-focused initiatives for senior software engineers, from pilot programs to full-scale rollout.

• Manage operational tasks to drive adoption, including scheduling, facilitation, follow-ups, and feedback iteration.
• Collaborate with training team members and cross-functional partners to expand skill acquisition efforts across the organization.

• Provide actionable, direct, and supportive feedback to mentees and engineering peers.
