Accounts Payable, Freight Data Entry

Job Description

Join MAPEI Corporation, a global leader in construction chemicals and building materials. As an AP Freight Data Entry Coordinator , you will ensure accuracy in processing freight bills, maintaining vendor accounts, and supporting the Accounts Payable team. This role requires strong attention to detail, efficiency in data entry, and a commitment to timely financial operations

Key Responsibilities

• Compile and prioritize data for entry
• Review and process freight bills and documents
• Enter account data accurately into systems
• Maintain data integrity and follow procedures
• Verify, update, and correct supplier / account info
• Back up databases to secure information
• Follow policies and report needed changes
• Track accounts payable and past due balances
• Analyze data to spot pricing issue
• Follow all safety procedures, work rules, and company policies.
• Perform other duties and special projects as assigned.
