Job description

Job Title : Plumbing Design Engineer II / III

Location : Oakland, CA

Job type : FTE

Key Responsibilities

Responsibility for plumbing system selection, engineering & design
Preparation of Plumbing drawings, sketches, analysis, specifications, and calculations
Demonstrating excellent verbal and written communication skills
Providing management and oversight of plumbing support staff
Providing construction administration & site observations related to your projects.
Delivering exemplary service and support to team members and client.

Required :

BSME, CPD (or equivalent experience)

2-10 years' experience in MEP plumbing design / consulting

Working knowledge of IPC / UPC and IBC standards

Preferred :

A Professional Engineering License

LEED Accreditation

Working Autodesk® REVIT knowledge
