Job descriptionEnsure exceptional customer service is delivered by all team members. Address customer inquiries, complaints, and issues promptly and professionally. Train and coach staff on customer service best practices. Foster a welcoming and positive shopping experience for customers. Assist with store opening and closing procedures. Ensure the sales floor is well-organized, clean, and stocked. Maintain accurate inventory records and assist with stock replenishment. Support promotional activities and merchandising efforts. Strong organizational skills to manage inventory and stock levels efficiently Previous experience in appliance, or technical sales is a plus Multilingual abilities are advantageous for engaging with diverse customers Proficiency in time management to prioritize tasks effectively Ability to conduct product demos effectively Familiarity with technology sales is beneficial Experience in cash handling procedures is preferred Not Applicable Full-time Industries : Manufacturing, Technology, Information and Media, and Retail
