Body Shop Customer Service Representative Automotive

This position requires versatility in handling customers and the details associated with ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process.
Job Responsibilities
- Greet body shop customers promptly and courteously attitude is everything!
- Listen to customers and clearly translate repair needs.
- Answer phone & schedule repair estimates and appointments.
- Creating files & organizing documents.
- Overseeing Body Shop accounts receivable schedule
- Notify customers when vehicles are ready for pick up
