Project Manager
This is a temporary position.
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Project Manager to lead and execute revenue digital initiatives across cross-functional teams. This role involves end-to-end project planning and execution, budget and resource management, and proactive risk mitigation to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will collaborate closely with stakeholders to align objectives and drive strategic outcomes. Strong analytical skills are essential for tracking performance metrics, generating insightful reports, and identifying opportunities for process improvement. The successful candidate will bring a deep understanding of revenue management principles, exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. A strong problem-solver with a dedication to continuous improvement, consistently enhancing tools, systems, and processes to drive operational excellence.

Education and Experience
A degree in a relevant business discipline preferred or demonstration of equivalent work experience.
2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; and prefer 2-year experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
OR
4-year bachelor's degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Finance and Accounting, Economics, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; and prefer 2 years' experience in the revenue management, sales and marketing, or related professional area.
The pay range for this position is $47.35 to $71.63 per hour.
Washington Applicants Only : Employees will accrue 0.0334 PTO balance for every hour worked and eligible to receive minimum of 9 holidays annually.
