Job Opening : Employment Associate Mid to Senior Level (Los Angeles or San Francisco)

Of Counsel and Partner level candidates ill be considered

Our Client is seeking a highly skilled Employment Associate with a minimum of four years of employment law experience to join their dynamic California and national employment law practice. This is an exceptional opportunity to work on sophisticated employment matters within a respected firm known for its strong client service culture.

Position Overview

The ideal candidate will have substantial employment litigation experience and a deep understanding of federal and California employment laws and regulations . Experience handling class action and PAGA matters is preferred but not required. The role will focus primarily on employment litigation , including both complex class and representative actions as well as single-plaintiff cases.

Our Client is especially interested in attorneys coming from large, established defense firms or boutique firms managing sophisticated employment defense work.

Qualifications : Key Qualifications

  • Minimum four years of experience in employment litigation
  • Strong command of federal and California employment laws
  • Class action and PAGA experience preferred
  • Excellent legal research, writing, and analytical skills
  • Strong communication and collaboration abilities
  • Must be a member or pending member of the California State Bar
