Overview

We are seeking an experienced Upstream Manufacturing Manager to lead material preparation, formulation, and filtration operations. This is an on-site position based in Houston TX.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee formulation, preparation, and filtration operations.
  • Ensure compliance with GMP / GDP and internal quality standards.
  • Lead, mentor, and develop a high-performing team.
  • Drive process improvements and operational efficiency.
  • Manage documentation, deviations, and technical reporting.

Qualifications

  • Bachelors degree with 8+ years of manufacturing experience
  • Proven leadership in upstream sterile manufacturing or formulation.
  • Hands-on experience with formulation, preparation, and filtration processes.
  • 3+ years of recent management experience
