About the Role

We're looking for an experienced Regional Logistics Manager to lead operations at our 250,000 sq. ft. Distribution Center in Jamesburg, NJ. This hands-on leader will oversee 5 direct reports (including 3 supervisors) and a team of 30+ warehouse associates, driving excellence in safety, productivity, and customer satisfaction. You'll be instrumental in shaping warehouse performance, optimizing distribution processes, and setting the standard for best-in-class operations.

What You'll Do

• Lead daily DC operations to ensure accuracy, productivity, and cost efficiency
• Manage, mentor, and develop warehouse supervisors and staff
• Drive continuous improvement across logistics workflows, inventory control, and safety initiatives
• Partner with internal teams to meet sales goals and on-time delivery metrics
• Oversee budget management, equipment procurement, and vendor / 3PL relationships
• Maintain compliance with SOPs and ensure operational excellence across all shifts
