Key Responsibilities :

Strategic Leadership : Develop and implement comprehensive global marketing strategies to support sales channels and expand our market presence.

Utilize analytical prowess and a data-driven approach to steer our marketing efforts towards measurable success.

Collaboration and Communication : Build and maintain a culture of collaboration and open communication within regional teams.

Ensure alignment of goals and strategies, fostering a unified approach to achieving our collective ambitions.

Market and Customer Insights : Leverage an in-depth understanding of market trends and customer behavior to devise and execute impactful marketing campaigns.

Act as a brand advocate, managing our brand image and reputation across all touchpoints to ensure consistency and excellence.

  • Brand and Event Management : Spearhead brand events and product activations that boost exposure and engagement. Oversee the brand development process, ensuring timely delivery and distribution of brand assets.
  • Partnership Development : Cultivate strong relationships with both internal and external partners to uncover and seize opportunities for brand and business growth.
  • Performance Metrics : Align marketing initiatives with key performance indicators that support our overarching business objectives.

Drive accountability and continuous improvement in our marketing practices.

  • Brand Integrity : Uphold exceptional brand presentation across all media platforms, adhering to brand guidelines and promoting a culture of pride in our company’s image and values.
  • Financial Oversight : Collaborate with the Finance team to manage and reconcile the global marketing budget, ensuring strategic allocation of resources.

Qualifications :

  • At least 7 years of progressive marketing experience, including a minimum of 5 years in leadership roles driving global marketing strategies within the B2B SaaS sector.
  • Demonstrable expertise in scaling marketing efforts and leading cross-functional teams across diverse geographies.
  • Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a relevant discipline. Advanced degrees, such as a Master’s or MBA, are highly desirable.
  • Exhibit exceptional strategic thinking, bolstered by a strong analytical aptitude. Makes informed decisions based on comprehensive data analysis, forecasting, and market research to steer global marketing initiatives towards measurable success.
  • Outstanding leadership skills characterized by a motivational style that fosters team unity, encourages open dialogue, and embraces cultural diversity.

Demonstrated ability to build consensus, drive team engagement, and navigate complex organizational dynamics.

An inventive mindset with a flair for conceptualizing and materializing innovative marketing initiatives and brand activations.

Proven success in creating compelling narratives that enhance brand visibility and engagement.

  • Excellent financial literacy with a proven track record in budget management. Demonstrates prudent allocation of resources and cost-effective strategy execution to maximize return on investment.
  • A deep understanding of global market trends, consumer psychology, and competitive forces. Leverages this knowledge to adapt strategies, capitalize on market opportunities, and achieve competitive advantage.
