Manager, Process Management
As a Manager of Process Management, you will deliver flawlessly executed processes that improve business efficiency, drive results, and support customer needs. In this role, you will lead the Card Inventory process, ensuring forecasting for all product lines are created monthly and orders are placed for all cards and collateral in a timely manner, ensuring efficient delivery of card packages to customers. You will establish and modify the processes while collaborating with smart and passionate leaders to influence results that have a direct impact on the company's bottom line. You will lead a small team to ensure proper accounting and supplier performance related to Inventory and Manufacturing. You will monitor data and process trends to measure effectiveness and install necessary benchmarks or thresholds to ensure data and performance integrity. Partnering with various stakeholders including suppliers, project leads, LOBs, ESM, and finance will be critical to the success of your team. You will educate and gain buy-in from key stakeholders concerning the utilization of process to ensure appropriate execution each time. We are seeking a dedicated, disciplined, process professional who excels in a team environment and is an expert in data marts, data visualization and collecting and sharing meaningful insights. This individual will have demonstrated that they can improve company processes in the past, resulting in saving time and resources for the company. This individual must be able to effectively communicate and influence partners across the company and across multiple levels of the organization. Strong data and analytical skills, attention to detail, and the ability to adapt to a dynamic agile environment are essential to succeeding in this role. This individual must display strong leadership skills and be able to drive and motivate a team in delivering flawless execution of process improvement projects. The ideal candidate is an experienced leader of processes and associates, and can interpret and effectively communicate trends and recommendations to Senior Leaders. This candidate will strike a balance between strategizing, designing, and creating actionable roadmaps, comfortably navigating through ambiguity, leveraging data, and exercising exceptional critical thinking skills.

The minimum and maximum full-time annual salaries for this role are listed below, by location. Please note that this salary information is solely for candidates hired to perform work within one of these locations, and refers to the amount Capital One is willing to pay at the time of this posting. Salaries for part-time roles will be prorated based upon the agreed upon number of hours to be regularly worked.
Candidates hired to work in other locations will be subject to the pay range associated with that location, and the actual annualized salary amount offered to any candidate at the time of hire will be reflected solely in the candidate's offer letter. This role is also eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and / or long term incentives (LTI). Incentives could be discretionary or non discretionary depending on the plan.
