Business Performance Manager

The role offers an exciting opportunity for a financially savvy and operations-oriented individual to help drive and lead RTN's Business Performance framework. As a Business Performance Manager, you will be part of the global Business Development and Technology team, working closely with the broader RTN leadership during this strategic transformation period.

Based in the Bain GBS Center in Warsaw, you will be a key link between RTN Leadership, regional operations, general consulting, and internal Beratung business functions (finance, technology services group, etc.).

You will play a vital role in developing and expanding RTN globally to ensure its financial and budgeting frameworks are prepared for the transformation. You will manage relationships with internal Bain Finance and talent partners and external finance teams, coordinating across offices to ensure successful implementation.

Responsibilities

• Own RTN's business performance framework
• Manage monthly and annual financial accounting, including cost and revenue recognition
• Oversee annual financial planning and forecasting, including budgeting
• Manage a team of financial coordinators and serve as an escalation point for financial process matters
• Develop analytical capabilities for RTN, providing leadership and regional teams with data-driven insights (e.g., pricing engines, KPI dashboards)
