Minimum qualifications :

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
• 4 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, corporate advisory, or 2 years of experience with an advanced degree

About the Job

As part of the Market Perspectives team within the Global Market Intelligence Organization, you will lead research and programming that helps amplify the voice of our customers to influence product strategy and commercialization efforts. Global solution leads are focused on market perspectives, passionate problem solving, and strategic thinking. Team members conduct and synthesize research and manage programs that accelerate the market-to-product and product-to-market flywheel for top product areas. In this role, you'll partner closely with Global Product Solution Leads (GPSLs), Product Managers (PMs), and sellers to develop a point of view on how we can solve our customers' critical challenges. The Go-to-Market Operations (GtM) team ensures Google's complex and ever-evolving Ads business runs smoothly. We are instrumental in setting go-to-market strategy, and ensuring flawless execution and operations against the strategy. We have teams embedded in each of the major Ads business areas as well as global teams that work across the business areas. Team members are analytical and strategic, with a pragmatic sense of how to get things done.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $118,000-$170,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
