Position Summary :
Works closely with business stakeholders and technical service partners to address incident tickets for the Oracle EPM Suite in support of the Financial Performance Management processes.
Executes and monitors LINUX process for data and meta data for Essbase, FCCS, EPBCS, and HFM.
Coordinates, supports, and drives incident ticket resolutions across multiple IT service providers (ETL, Database administrators, Data Management, Network Infrastructure, Middleware, and SAAS Oracle EPM).
Provides utilization capacity metrics for system processes across log files and AutoSys job schedules.
Raises Oracle SRs to bring closure for critical support activities.
Identifies continuous improvement processes for Essbase, EPBCS, FCCS, and HFM.
Exceptional techno-functional data analysis and research aptitude.
