FACILITIES COORDINATOR in TEMPE
Job Summary We're seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Facilities Coordinator to serve as the operational backbone for facilities management efforts across assigned locations. This role ensures timely resolution of service requests, streamlines vendor coordination, and maintains open communication between internal teams and external service providers. The Coordinator will oversee workflow processes, monitor data integrity, and support ongoing maintenance programs, all while enhancing service delivery across various trade disciplines

Work Order Oversight : Monitor, follow up, and close open work orders, ensuring timely and accurate completion in line with service expectations.
Customer Communications : Serve as the primary liaison for client updates, service escalations, and feedback regarding ongoing facility-related activities.
Vendor Coordination : Manage relationships with external vendors for services including HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and security systems.
Administrative Management : Handle purchase orders, scheduling, internal reporting, and file documentation to maintain a smooth operational flow.
Preventive Maintenance : Support internal teams to ensure critical systems and equipment operate without service disruption.
Budget Support : Contribute to monthly performance reviews and identify cost-saving opportunities related to service delivery.
Safety & Compliance : Promote a safe working environment and ensure compliance with internal guidelines and local regulations
Requirements :
High School diploma or equivalent.
1+ years in facilities coordination, property management, or customer service
Familiarity with maintenance operations in trades such as HVAC, plumbing, roofing, or electrical.
Strong communication skills; bilingual (English-Spanish) a plus.
Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, and CRM platforms; typing speed of 50+ WPM desired.
Comfortable making decisions under pressure and prioritizing high-volume tasks.
Ability to maintain professionalism and accuracy while managing vendor and internal team communications.

Compensation : $21 - $24 / hr
Schedule varies as there are two openings, Monday - Friday 8a - 5pm or 12p - 9 : 30pm
