Facilities Supervisor

We are seeking a dedicated facilities supervisor to lead and oversee our facilities team. This role involves managing daily operations, ensuring the team is motivated and well-directed, and maintaining high standards across various aspects of facilities management.

Responsibilities :

• Motivate, train, and direct daily activities of direct reports.
• Manage time, attendance, and ensure adequate scheduling of the team.
• Provide an environment where employees feel empowered and valued.
• Complete work order tickets, including office facilities support, site maintenance, repairs, construction, and preventative maintenance.
• Support implementation of PM database.
• Prioritize daily workload and project work to meet facilities team SLAs.
• Support health and safety personnel to execute all H&S initiatives; aid in conducting various drills / tests.
• Be point person on shift for facilities and / or emergency response team.
• Provide direction to janitorial and contractor staff as needed.
• Provide facilities support for special events, as assigned.
• Complete work in accordance with standard operating procedures and policies.
• Follow all safety, health, and environmental policies, procedures, and initiatives.
• Support new construction projects, as needed.
• Perform other related duties, as assigned.
• Cover assigned on-call shifts, outside of normal shift.

Work environment :

Work across 5 properties, including manufacturing, office space, and warehouse environments. We are expanding with a new building to consolidate some space and plan to grow by 200k sq ft. Our team is focused on construction, aiming to build the things we need. The first shift runs from 5am-1 : 30pm, Monday through Friday, with occasional travel between locations.

Job type & location :

This is a contract to hire position based out of Scottsdale, AZ.

Pay and benefits :

The pay range for this position is $30.00 - $40.00 / hr. Eligibility requirements apply to some benefits and may depend on your job classification and length of employment.
