Shift Details :

Schedule : 3x12 (Days / Nights based on facility need)

Guaranteed Hours : Facility may call off once per two-week pay period

Block Scheduling : Per manager discretion

Experience & Requirements :

Minimum Experience : 1 year of ICU experience

First-Timers : Accepted

Pending License : Not accepted

Certifications Required : ACLS, BLS, NIHSS

Scheduling & Expectations :

Patient Ratios : 1 : 2

Weekends : Minimum every other weekend, but may exceed to meet unit needs

On-Call : Not required

Floating : Yes, between like ICU units within skill set

Local Policy :

Local radius : 50 miles. Local travelers should reach out to the Account Manager for the applicable local rate.

Hospital Highlights :

Travelers may be required to float to Providence Mission Laguna

Supportive float pool environment with strong teamwork and collaboration
