Are you passionate about crafting targeted, high-impact marketing campaigns for strategic accounts? Do you thrive in working closely with sales teams to accelerate active deals and expand into new buying units? We're looking for an experienced, self-driven, and creative Field Marketing Manager with Account-Based Marketing (ABM) and Marketing Programs experience to join our team and help us grow our sales pipeline through highly tailored campaigns. This position will serve as a liaison between the Product and Campaigns teams, Field Marketing, and Sales and will be responsible for managing and executing integrated marketing programs.
As a key player on our team, you'll work directly with the sales team to design and execute innovative marketing programs that focus on single, high-profile accounts. These programs will span across various marketing channels including events, direct mail, digital, and content campaigns. You will leverage tools like 6sense, Folloze, Splash, Marketo and more to craft compelling campaigns that move the needle, engage key decision-makers, and drive meaningful results.
We're looking for someone who is not afraid to experiment with new strategies, take initiative, and work autonomously while contributing to a collaborative and high-performing team.

Disclosure Pursuant to Applicable State Equal Pay Transparency Laws - This position has a starting pay range as listed below. Actual salary depends upon many factors, including a candidate's skills, qualifications and experience, location, and salary expectations, and therefore a starting salary at the low end, high end, or even above the stated range may be offered. This position may also be eligible for bonus compensation, commission (if in a sales function), and / or equity grants. Additionally, full-time employees are eligible to participate in our comprehensive benefits framework, including health and wellness benefits, vacation, paid holidays and refresh days, 401(k) retirement plan, life and disability insurance coverages, and other benefits the Company may offer from time to time.
Pay Range :
$127,920.00-$159,900.00
The compensation noted above is based on an annualized hourly rate assuming normal full-time employment.
