13 weeks + (Possibilities of extension)

Hours :

36 per week (Guaranteed)

Shift :

Nights, (5 : 00 PM – 5 : 30 AM)

Weekend Rotation :

Every 4th weekend / No on call Required

Employment Type : Travel or contract

Pay rate – $66.86 / hr. or $2,406.96 / Week.

Weekly Pay Package for Travel Candidates (Including per diem) :

WEEKLY STIPEND (PER DIEM)

Responsibilities :

• Assess and treat patients using respiratory therapy protocols and physician orders.
• Operate and maintain ventilators and respiratory equipment in critical / non-critical care.
• Administer medications and respiratory treatments.
• Educate patients on therapy techniques and disease management.
• Collaborate with other departments to resolve clinical problems and provide education.
• Maintain safety standards, report incidents, and support a culture of safety.
• Precept and mentor new staff and students.
• Adapt to different service areas as required.
