This role requires technical knowledge, strong problem-solving skills, and the ability to support customers with a wide range of device, network, and service issues.

Job Description

As a Technical Support Specialist, you will :

• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to network coverage, device software / hardware, mobile broadband, and device setup / use
• Provide clear, respectful, and solution-focused customer support
• File and track technical trouble tickets in collaboration with internal teams
• Meet or exceed department quality and productivity standards
• Stay up to date on systems, tools, and processes through ongoing training
• Support teammates by sharing knowledge and assisting with technical questions
