Position Overview : We are seeking a skilled and experienced Infor Lawson FIN Analyst to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for supporting the finance modules of the Infor Lawson system, ensuring its effective utilization, and optimizing its functionalities to meet the organization's financial needs. This person will be responsible for optimizing and building post implementation to increase efficiencies. Knowledge of implementation best practices and troubleshooting is needed. Position is 100% remote, working EST time.

Key Responsibilities :

System Administration : Manage the configuration, maintenance, and optimization of the Infor Lawson Financial Management System.

User Support : Provide technical support and guidance to end-users, resolving system-related issues, and assisting with troubleshooting.

System Enhancement : Collaborate with stakeholders to identify system enhancement opportunities, gather requirements, and implement solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.

Data Integrity : Ensure data integrity and accuracy within the Infor Lawson system by implementing appropriate controls and performing regular audits.

Reporting and Analysis : Develop and maintain financial reports and dashboards using Infor Lawson reporting tools to support decision-making processes.

Training and Documentation : Conduct training sessions for end-users to promote system proficiency and create documentation for system processes and procedures.

Compliance : Stay informed about relevant regulations and standards in finance and ensure that the Infor Lawson system remains compliant.

Integration : Collaborate with IT teams to integrate the Infor Lawson system with other enterprise systems as needed.

Qualifications :

Proven experience in supporting and administering the Infor Lawson Financial Management System.

Strong understanding of finance and accounting principles.

Proficiency in SQL and experience with report writing tools such as Crystal Reports, Tableau, or Microsoft SSRS.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Experience in project management and system implementation is a plus.

Infor Lawson certification is a plus.

Must have experience with cloud version

Bachelor's degree.
