Payroll Tax Specialist

Adecco is assisting a client in their search for a Payroll Tax Specialist. This is a remote, contract position through March, providing payroll tax assistance to support year-end and new-year tax activities. Key Responsibilities :

• Collaborate with ADP to resolve open payroll tax issues, ensuring timely and accurate resolutions.
• Facilitate the registration and setup of new state and local jurisdictions for payroll tax purposes.
• Communicate directly with state and local tax authorities when ADP is unable to obtain information or resolve issues independently.
• Maintain detailed tracking of all open items, document actions taken, and provide weekly progress updates.
• Ensure full compliance with all applicable payroll tax laws, regulations, and filing deadlines.

Qualifications :

Pay Details : $35.00 to $45.00 per hour.
