Position Overview

Responsibilities
- Lead or assist with acquisitions and dispositions of commercial properties, including due diligence and deal structuring.
- Advise on and coordinate real estate joint ventures and development matters.
- Handle mortgage and mezzanine financing, including drafting and negotiating loan documents.
- Draft, review, and negotiate complex transactional instruments such as purchase and sale agreements, joint venture agreements, and financing documents.
- Manage multiple concurrent deals with a high degree of organization and minimal supervision.
- Collaborate effectively with partners, associates, support staff, and clients to ensure seamless transaction execution.
Requirements
J.D. from a top-tier law school with a strong record of academic achievement.2–6 years of sophisticated commercial real estate transactional experience only (Class of 2019–2023).Prior experience at a large law firm or respected boutique firm.Must hold a CA State Bar LicenseMinimum of litigation / courtroom experience (foreclosure or Bankruptcy experience a plus)Demonstrated strength in drafting, negotiating, and attention to detail.Exceptional organizational skills and ability to multitask effectively under tight deadlines.A collaborative work style and solid professional work ethic.Benefits
