Real Estate Associate Attorney

Location : Los Angeles, California

Practice Area : Real Estate

Direct Counsel is seeking a Real Estate Associate with 4 to 5 years of experience to join a prestigious Am Law 100 firm in its Downtown Los Angeles office . This is an excellent opportunity to work with highly regarded real estate lawyers on sophisticated commercial real estate matters , with a focus on leasing and commercial real estate transactions .

Key Responsibilities

Drafting and revising office , retail , and industrial leases .

Contributing to real estate acquisitions , dispositions , finance , and transactional due diligence .

Additional experience with title and survey review is a plus.

Opportunity to gain experience in data center leasing (helpful but not required).

Qualifications

Education : J.D. with strong academic credentials .

Experience : 4 to 5 years of experience in commercial real estate leasing , with a focus on office , retail , and industrial leases . Experience with acquisitions and dispositions is a plus.

Skills : Strong writing , organizational , and analytical skills , with a keen interest in learning .

State Bar Admission : Must be admitted to the State Bar of California .

Other : Major law firm experience is preferred.

Work Environment & Compensation

Salary Range : $250,000 to $275,000 (actual salary will depend on experience, qualifications, and other factors).
