Responsibilities

• Under the direction of HR and site leadership, provide general support to the PAGNY office and providers.
• Serve as the initial point of contact for employee concerns and outward-facing member of the HR Department.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders on onboarding new hires through effective communication with recruiting specialists and hiring managers.
• Log and track applicable human resources forms and maintain / updat e employee records in HRIS and other systems.
• Onboard new hires and ensure post-hire data and documents are in HRIS, employee files, credentialing, and onboarding trackers.
• Onboard and credential multiple new providers, tracking progress to ensure a smooth process.
• Maintain relationships with providers and staff, informing and engaging them periodically.
• Lead and facilitate recurring new hire orientation and provide guidance for timesheet processing, benefits, continuing medical education (CME), payroll, and holiday calendars.
• Manage HRIS transactions in a timely fashion and submit change requests; follow up with appropriate personnel and escalations with corporate and H+H approvers.
• Build and maintain relationships with site leadership, Medical Staff Office (MSO), Occupational Health Services (OHS), H+H Human Resources Partners, Chiefs / Chairs, and other stakeholders; attend site committee meetings when necessary.
• Handle routine labor relations and HR inquiries related to policies, procedures, and bargaining agreements; refer complex matters to the Labor and Employee Relations team as needed.
