Administrative Assistant - Executive Support
We are seeking an experienced Administrative Assistant to provide exceptional business support to our dynamic team. The position requires working primarily onsite in Redmond, WA, with the flexibility of one remote day per week.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the team with day-to-day executive office operations.
- Proactively manage logistics for business group meetings and events.
- Use diplomacy and professionalism to draft team communications.
- Create data management plans and manage data using advanced features of Microsoft products.
- Develop a deep knowledge of the overall business group strategy and act as an information resource.
- Anticipate and remove administrative roadblocks, making timely decisions.
- Resolve customer requests and host business guests.
- Serve as backup support to the team and provide administrative support for the EPC admin team.
- Undertake special assignments and projects as needed.
- Drive improvements within business processes and resources.
- Build and maintain good business relationships with internal and external customers.
- Consistently demonstrate a can-do customer service attitude.
Essential Skills :
Minimum 5 years of proven and professional experience as a Senior Admin or Executive Assistant.Extensive experience working with the Microsoft Office Suite, especially Outlook, Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.Experience directly supporting executive-level team members.Expertise in calendar management, travel management, event planning, and expense management.Strong verbal and written communication skills.Ability to work independently and navigate new challenges with confidence.Expert ability to keep information organized and confidential.Additional Skills & Qualifications :
High school diploma or GED required.Experience in a fast-paced, technology-driven environment.Experience in event planning and budgeting.Work Environment :
The work environment is mostly onsite, with four days a week on the Redmond campus of a large, fast-paced professional company. The role requires flexibility to work outside standard hours on occasion. The company provides necessary equipment and software, and fosters a collaborative and energetic atmosphere.
Job Type & Location :
This is a Contract position based out of Redmond, Washington.
Pay and Benefits :
The pay range for this position is $33.00 - $38.00 / hr.
