Job descriptionBachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field. 3–7 years of experience in HR roles, with expertise in recruitment, compliance, payroll, benefits administration, and employee relations Strong understanding of federal, state, and local labor laws and HR best practices Experience with HRIS systems Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Strong attention to detail, organization, and discretion when handling confidential information. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, and HR software - ADP Workforce Now Skillset Required (or similar)
