This role will work closely with the property systems including elevators, HVAC, fire suppression, call boxes, generators, etc. Welltower is building a complete operating platform including asset management and self-management capabilities. Key Responsibilities :

• Evaluating property systems and ensuring property preventative maintenance is in place.
• Creating new specifications for energy efficient property systems.
• Participating in the creation of a resource management plan intended to reduce resource consumption.
• Identify resource saving initiatives and formulate proposals accordingly.
• Provide direction to site team, when needed, to address emergency situations.
• Ensure that Welltower's assets are properly maintained according to Welltower's standards and all applicable life safety standards and local regulations.
• Assist with the creation of a 10-year capital plans for all assets.
• Ensure Welltower's standards are met regarding all capital work completed at the sites.
• Assist with strategic capital spend initiatives and assist with the preparation of recommendations for management approval.
• Perform all other duties as assigned.

Travel :

Welltower owns assets across the U.S., this role will require travel accordingly to ensure success.
