Lead Superintendent - Englewood, CO

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Lead Superintendent to oversee and manage large-scale projects in the commercial and infrastructure sectors. If you have a proven track record in delivering complex projects, we want you to be part of a Colorado-based construction firm.

Responsibilities and Requirements :

• Lead and manage projects across various sectors, including Multifamily, Education (K-12 & Higher Ed) Municipal Infrastructure Water / Wastewater Land Development Bridge and Storm Structures
• Oversee the successful execution of large-scale construction projects from start to finish.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations, project timelines, and budgets.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and Project Managers
• Large Scale commercial and infrastructure project experience ($50mm+)
• Demonstrates strong knowledge of commercial and infrastructure construction and exceptional jobsite management skills
• Possesses detailed process & application knowledge relating to building codes, budget management, construction practices, project scheduling etc.
